Shrewsbury client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join its small but expanding team.
Due to location own transport is essential for this role and some office based Accounts experience is also required.
- Computer literate - Word / Excel
- Professional Telephone manner
- Previous Administration / Accounts related experience
- Own transport due to location
- Checking costs on supplier invoices and reconciling
- Checking details on delivery / collection transfer notes
- Scanning various documents
- Chasing missing invoices
- Raising Sales invoices and entering onto in-house system
- Answering in coming calls
- Filing and archiving
