Your tasks and responsibilities

KN Drinks Logistics is a specialist drinks only service provision. With a client portfolio of internationally recognised brands, it is our mission to create profitable growth by becoming the partner of choice to the Drinks Industry. The Change Manager will take responsibility for implementation of KNDL projects throughout UK in line with Customer Transition & Integration and Zero Failure guidelines

  • Smooth Implementation of KNDL projects of new customers and/or new business for existing customers avoiding interference to existing business and realizing implementations on time, within the budget and within the requested scope.
  • Smooth transition projects of current customers to new facilities
  • Control, overview and reporting of current project status
  • Management of all project relevant elements like staffing, material/information flows, equipment, etc. and of all resources allocated to the project in such a way that these deliver all the work required to complete the project within time, financial and time constraints
  • Project Communication to client as well as all involved KNDL departments
  • Development and management of project plan
  • Support operational processes during ramp-up after implementation
  • Ensure transferability of knowledge to other implementations

Your skills and experience

  • Good / basic Contract Logistics Operations experience or Logistics Engineering experience
  • Project Management experience and Tendering experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Logistics processes and goods flows; covering i.e.
    Inbound, Put-away, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Order Preparation, Value Added Logistics activities and Shipping
  • Furthermore concerning storage optimisation, stock accuracy and cycle counting
  • Concept development/understanding based on customer requirements
  • Contract Logistics costs and calculation awareness
  • Knowledge of Finance/Controlling in order to ensure good follow up of project budget
  • Good understanding of IT solutions
  • Organised working structure
  • Priority setting and follow-up
  • Delegation of tasks and planning of resources
