Customer Service Administrator required for an exciting permanent opportunity within a well established company based in Aston. The role is paying up to £18,000 Per Annum for the right candidate. You will assist with the day to day running of the weekly payroll; Managing front line enquiries from customers via telephone and email; to build and nurture the relationship they have with the customer and deliver world class service. Accurate and timely processing of client payrolls; from receipt of payroll changes (via various methods) to timely dispatch and approval of client payroll.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of fast moving complex payrolls. Previous payroll processing experience and strong excel skills are essential to be successful for this opportunity.
