Our client based in Birmingham are currently looking for 5 Customer Service Administrators to join their team on initially a 4 month - 6 month contract.

These roles are based on growth within the company and are to start immediately.

Main Duties:

  • Dealing with inbound emails
  • Responding to queries and complaints
  • Dealing with inbound emails
  • Responding to queries and complaints
  • Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Responding effectively and efficiently to customers requests
  • Logging details and updating in house database
  • Dealing with emails and responding accordingly
  • Liaising with various departments on a regular basis

Key Skills:

  • Customer Service and Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.


£ 16,000 ( rising to £ 16,500 after 6 months )
