Our client is looking for an Admin Officer to provide a high level administration function, including the undertaking and completion of complex tasks.
Tasks will include; incoming/outgoing post, typing of memos, letters, committee and complex reports and provide general assistance as required.
You will also independently drafting routine correspondence, agendas and standard reports and responses.
In this role, you will provide effective and efficient support that enables the provision of a quality service to children, young people, their families and the community and compliance with national legislation and local policies, procedures and priorities.
You must have experience of working in an administration environment, preferable within a Children Service organisation, providing high level customer services
To be successful for this role you must have excellent IT skills, excellent customer care be confident with customers face to face and on the telephone and have the ability to prirotise work in busy work environment.
Enhanced Children’s DBS check is required for this role
