The charity has a number of residential and supported living services based around Gloucestershire where they provide exceptional care and support to the people in their care, they pride themselves on following a truly person centred approach and allow people to live a fulfilling and successful life.
Your new role
This is an incredibly exciting job... the charity is launching a brand new and innovative services for adults with Learning difficulties. It will be fundamental in supporting people with complex and challenging behaviour who were once confined to living in long stay hospitals, to have a chance to lead healthy, happy lives within the community.
This job role will manage, motivate, guide and develop not only the Graduate Trainee Expert Practitioner to achieve their objectives, but also promote and share the whole idea and concept of this approach within the charity and across the learning disability sector.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of managing services for adults with Learning difficulties and complex needs with an NVQ level 5 in health and Social care or equivalent. A proven track record in managing CQC services previously.
