I am actively recruiting for a Project Administrator on a 6 month FTC with the view to start ASAP

Client Details

The client is a financial services organisation based in Lichfield


Your role as a Project Administrator will include:

  • Organising and arranging meetings
  • Achieving the various project objectives
  • Ad hoc administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing
  • Data entry onto inhouse systems/excel
  • Organising and managing online spreadsheets
  • Supporting the project team with any administrative duties


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be confident in their admin skills
  • Be proficient in their use of excel
  • Ideally have come from a financial services/professional services background
  • Have previously worked as a Project Administrator
  • Be committed to the temporary assignment
  • Be flexible
