Team Manager (Client Services) graduate calibre
Our client based in Birmingham is a boutique and innovative financial services organisation with a real entrepreneurial feel. The business is growing fast and this has meant that the opportunity for a Team manager has arisen to join and help progress the team and department. Working with a team of fantastic inspirational leaders you will be given the opportunity to add value and really put your stamp on the role.
The role will entail managing a global hub of service to clients. You will initially be managing a team of three with a view to future growth. You will be dealing with all recruitment, performance and resource planning issues. You will be implementing and changing processes and procedures. You will be project managing the procurement of new systems looking at new and innovative ways for the business to be run for seamlessly. You will have previous experience of managing projects, dealing with continuous improvement, implementing and changing KPI’s and much more.
This role would suit a candidate who already has strong experience managing staff who wants to move away from traditionally corporate environment. You will also have experience of managing projects, continuous improvements. The role will entail the creation and management of a team to become a centre of excellence for operational support. You will also manage international enquiries and deal with all compliance.
This role is progressive and there would be long term opportunity for you to develop and grow within the business. This role will be Birmingham based. Applicants must have a degree level qualification/academic background.
