This is a great opportunity to set up and run a brand new Tool Hire Depot, circa 8,000 sq ft, helping to assemble a new team for a national hire business. Working for a leading provider of Tool and Equipment Hire, you will be managing initially a 5 - 6 person depot, selling to a wide selection of clients including Blue Chip Companies; National and Local Contractors together with the General Public. We are actively seeking an experienced Depot Manager to help launch their new operation, who has the ability to quickly grow revenue, and a team to support this.

As A Depot Manager Your Job Role Would Include:

  • Develop & Grow The Depot
  • Hit Financial & Operational Targets
  • Ensure High Standards of Customer Service are Met
  • Maintain Health & Safety Standards
  • Manage, Develop & Motivate the Team
  • Manage Hire Rates
  • Manage Asset Utilisation to Maximise Revenue


The Ideal Candidate for the Depot Manager Role Will Have:

  • Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Depot Manager; Branch Manager; Plant Manager; Service Centre Manager
  • You Will Need Previous Experience within the Small Tool Hire, Lifting or Plant Hire Industry
  • Have A Full Driving Licence
  • You Must Be Confident Using IT Software
  • You Need To Commit to Deliver Excellent Customer Service
  • Previously Managed a Group of Employees


Within the Role of Assistant Branch Manager You Would Receive:
