Job Description:

Arden Personnel are recruiting for a Safety, Health & Quality Administrator. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Provide administrative support to the SHQ Manager
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Management System
  • Conduct internal process audits
  • Identify training requirements, source training provider and arrange training
  • Prepare documentation for Site meetings, Health & Safety meetings and project
  • Take minutes at Management Review Meetings and QAS Meetings
  • Compile developed Health & Safety Plans and building files for all projects
  • Issue sub-contractor competency assessment questionnaire and collate all
    successive returned documentation
  • Maintain all records relating to Health & Safety, QA System and sub-contractor

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this Administration role, you will need to;

  • Proven knowledge and/or qualifications in Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Health & Safety/Quality qualifications are advantageous
  • IT literate, including Microsoft packages
  • Administrative background ideally, within a multi-disciplined role
  • Experience within the construction industry is advantageous
  • Previous experience within the health & safety/quality sector preferred
