Your new company
My client are one of the regions most established and successful financial services organisations with a branch network spread across Staffordshire, Shropshire and Derbyshire
They now have a requirement for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join their team, based at the Leek Head Office.
Your new role
As L & D Advisor you will lead on formulating the Learning and Development Plan in addition to developing and delivering training initiatives company wide. This will range from induction to e-learning courses working at all levels up to management. You will bring experience and ideas which you can implement to enhance their current approach and practices. If you have experience of training needs identification, design, delivery and evaluation I would love to hear from you.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have CIPD level 3 in training and development or an equivalent training qualification alongside extensive training course design, delivery and evaluation. You will be an expert communicator and be able to engage stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
Previous experience in the financial services or other regulated environment would be an advantage although not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between c£21,000-£24,000 dependant on experience alongside an excellent benefits package for this position.
