Care Co ordinator
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care company.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary and excellent working conditions.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Liaising with the Care Quality Commission in accordance with the requirements of Care Standards.
-Managing the day to day operation of the branch.
-Compiling care rotas for staff and service users.
-Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
-Supporting the Branch Manager in the recruitment and selection of domiciliary care staff.
-Supporting the Branch Manager in the production of business plans.
-Ensuring that all of the staff are trained to the standards required.
- Prior experience of working in a care setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their own workload.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
-Strong administration skills.
A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for thisposition
