This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading family owned brewery with an incredibly rich history and heritage. The business has an enviable estate of both managed and leased and tenanted pubs alongside a fantastic range of their own premium beers. The beers are award winning and well distributed across the UK Off-Trade with excellent presence in the UK’s top supermarkets and convenience outlets. They are now looking to recruit a talented National Account Executive to join their Wholesale and Convenience team.
As National Account Executive you will report directly to the Wholesale Controller. You will have full P&L responsibility for a number of key national accounts including Parfetts, Blakemore and Hyperama. This portfolio will grow over time as you develop to include the likes of Todays, Landmark and Sugro. Your key goal will be to grow range and distribution across your customer base, implementing effective JBPs in order to achieve this. Agreeing national features, POS placement, secondary display space and promotional activity will also form part of the role.
In order to considered for this exciting opportunity ideally you will have experience working within the Convenience and Wholesale channel. Those with a background in the alcohol industry will be preferred but those with experience in other branded categories will also be considered. Candidates will need to be highly motivated, ambitious and pro-active with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships. As a smaller family business it is also crucial that you are comfortable working autonomously.
