Customer Account Manager

Do you have an engaging personality and are you confident and motivated? Well look no further! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telephone based Customer Account Manager to join a very well-known company based in Solihull. My client offers an amazing working environment that’s busy and full of life, not like your usual contact center! Customer Account managers get flexibility and a salary of £17,500 per annum with a monthly bonus scheme where you can earn up to an extra £350 per month!!

Full training will be provided.

Main Duties of the Customer Account Managers include:

  • Manage an account base of between 120 - 150 clients.

  • Plan and prepare for sales calls

  • Maximise sales opportunities through the development of customer relationships

  • Use Marketing tools, POS and appropriate budgets to leverage deals

  • Monitor buying patterns

  • Ensure all queries are dealt with in a professional, timely manner and in a way satisfactory to the needs of our customers

  • Answer inbound calls and contribute to the achievement of Service Level within the Sales and Service Centre

To be considered for the role of Customer Account Manager, you will have:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Experienced in a Call Centre environment working to KPI standards

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of good service, sales recovery and cost control on the business

  • Customer focused

  • Good time management skills; administers multiple tasks within budget and deadline

  • Proactive team player possessing good interpersonal skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Understanding of sales techniques e.g. RIO/Six Steps of Selling

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent PC Skills

  • Fully competent in all MS Office packages

  • Good understanding and knowledge of Excel

  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook

You must be available to work shifts which are:

Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm or 8am – 4pm or 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm
