Salary: £20 - 25,000, DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full time (Part time - 30 hours considered)
Birmingham Prostate Clinic was established 11 years ago and is a busy, thriving Urology centre of excellence.
We are a large, friendly team based at Spire Parkway hospital, consisting of 7 consultants, 2 specialist nurses and 3 secretaries.
Due to growth and our expanding workload we seek a clinic administrator to join our friendly and established team for full time hours but will consider applicants seeking a minimum of 30 hours per week.
This will be an interesting, varied and challenging role to include answering the phone, dealing with complex patient enquiries, supporting our team of consultants, preparing clinic paperwork, producing and submission of invoices, assist our finance assistant, following up on results, managing the post and general daily administrative tasks.
Applicants should demonstrate a calm and professional approach, good communication skills, attention to detail, evidence of meeting deadlines and the ability to juggle and prioritise a varied workload; good keyboard and general IT skills will be required.
