I am actively recruiting for an Administrator on a 6 month FTC with the view to start ASAP.

Client Details

My client is a financial services company based in Lichfield.


Your role as an Administrator will include:

  • Data entry onto excel and in house systems
  • Customer service
  • Dealing with any enquiries/issues
  • Ad hoc administrative duties such as scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying
  • Taking various messages
  • Any other duties that may be required from the team


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be confident on the phone
  • Have previous admin experience
  • Be confident in using excel
  • Be a friendly and approachable individual
  • Be a good team player
  • Be committed for the temporary assignment
  • Have previously worked within a financial services organisation
  • Have a degree from a reputable university
  • Be able to be trusted around confidential data and recognise the importance of keeping this information confidential
