Our partner school in Walsall are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised Intervention Assistant who can work with pupils in small groups or 1:1 basis?

If you are a Psychology graduate looking to further your skills and develop further, then this may be the role for you.

* £55 - £75 per day
* Full Time, Intervention Assistant role, starting July 2017

The ideal candidate will be reliable and flexible with a focus on supporting pupils to raise progress and have high expectations in areas of learning and developing. The Intervention Assistant will also understand and recognise where improvements are required and provide feedback to the SENCo on a regular basis. You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the confidence to liaise with parents and colleagues.

The Intervention Assistant will be working in a happy and popular primary school where focus is based on raising attainment. Your responsibilities will be to work with pupils in small groups and 1:1 basis.

This Intervention Assistant post requires working with vulnerable pupils and therefore a Disclosure of Criminal Records at an enhanced level will be required.
