We are looking for a Sales Administrator to strengthen a small established team - this role will support the Sales Manager - duties include:-
> Answering the telephone and handling general enquiries
> Sending out brochures and emailing details to potential customers
> Sending out quotations
> Processing sales orders
> Liaising with colleagues regarding delivery schedules and keeping customers up-to-date with the production time table
> Liaising with distribution staff and freight forwarders
> Helping to prepare copies of documentation for export orders
> Working with colleagues to solve problems/after sales issues that may arise
> Liaising with external sales staff on a daily basis to keep them up-to-date with enquiries and orders
> Maintaining a customer database with correct contacts and details of enquiries/orders/conversations
> Attending meetings as required to keep up to date with customers and business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales office admin and customer service experience; will be a good communicator and listener in order to understand/empathise with customers; and have good/intermediate computer skills.
Experience of sales order processing would be advantageous.

Working hours 8.30-5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
