We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator to join our client, who is a family run business on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking for a busy and varied role. The main focus of this role is project administration and key duties would include:

  • Ensure orders are entered onto the system
  • Ensure production team have accurate information
  • Order bespoke items
  • Ensure completion of all documentation including H&S forms, risk assessments etc
  • Book travel & accommodation
  • Field sales support
  • General administration

The successful candidate must have a strong focus on customer service and excellent attention to detail. This role requires a calm & flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure. It would be advantageous to have event industry experience (although not essential).
