PURPOSE OF ROLE

Multifunctional role to incorporate customer facing activities, involving property inspections, move in meetings, check out meetings, landlord liaison to ensure the property meets current legislation requirements in respect of safety and compliance. Ongoing tenant liaison both onsite with local office support.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mid-term property Inspections
  • Large scale works inspections
  • Tenant Check In appointments
  • Tenant Check Out appointments
  • Tenant Liaison
  • Landlord Liaison and face to face meetings
  • Rent reviews
  • Property Legislation assessments
  • Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of local area and market rents
  • Computer literate including Microsoft package
  • Previous experience in the commercial lettings market

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven exceptional customer service
  • Target driven
  • Graduate or in pursuit of APC
  • Customer Service background
