£8.00 per hour
Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

HEADS Recruitment is urgently seeking a Polish Speaking Recruitment Administrator to join its busy industrial teams.

We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, dynamic and willing to go the extra mile to help us cope with increased demand for our services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manner, good administration skills and a willingness to learn and progress throughout the company. We have a proven track record of progressing candidates from Resourcers to Account Manager to Branch Manager and are looking for candidates who want to take that next step in their career.

The role will involve...

  • Reviewing advert response and marking candidates as suitable/unsuitable for work.
  • Booking interviews for potential candidates.
  • Sending texts, emails etc to generate candidate interest.
  • Putting job adverts live on various job boards.
  • Interviewing candidates over the phone.
  • Reformatting CV’s for Account Managers to send to clients.
  • Downloading ‘Ad-line’ messages and calling back potential candidates.
  • Dealing with candidate enquiries and taking messages.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
