A permanent Receptionist job paying £14-19k (DOE) for a large organisation in Bromsgrove.
£14,000-19,000 per annum (DOE)
Based on a rota basis covering the hours of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm
Your new company
Our client, a well-established and recognised corporate organisation, are looking for a Receptionist to join their expanding team on a permanent basis in Bromsgrove.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including; opening and closing the reception area, meeting and greeting clients, answering a busy 12 line switchboard, taking messages and forwarding onto the relevant people, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, organising internal and external meetings, reporting faults and issues and supporting departments with administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be friendly and professional and possess excellent communication skills on both a verbal and written basis. Previous experience in a Receptionist role is essential and you will be confident of working individually as well as part of a team.
