We are currently recruiting for an Email Marketing Executive to join our busy e-Commerce team at our Nuneaton office, responsible for implementing the eCRM programme including creative briefs, building and deployment of emails and reporting on the results.



When it comes to marketing, you live and breathe it every day. You’ll be used to looking at campaigns, linking up what customers want and what we know about their shopping history mixed with the latest trends and technologies out there. You’ll know how to filter and cut data, you’ll know how to brief and build campaigns to suit different audiences and you’ll be challenging convention by testing, testing and testing again.


We are on a journey with our customer communications, ensuring that we only contact our customers at a frequency that suits them and with products and information that they want to hear about. There’s a clear plan of what we want to do, and we now need somebody super organised to help us on our journey to implement this plan.


You may have some experience of delivering marketing campaigns in a retail environment, be able to manage lots of information, tasks and projects simultaneously but most of all be a team player and be super organised. Experience with deploying email campaigns in a retail environment would be preferable, but we are looking for the right person with a curious mind and the character to succeed so full training will be provided.


The role



Ensure content produced conforms to regulatory standards in collaboration with the regulatory affairs team
Deliver email content to agreed deadlines
Actively continuing your own self-development (including product knowledge) and continuously building your technical skills
Remaining customer centric at all times, ensuring everything you do assists in delivering a customer focused experience that is appropriate for the device and stage of purchase that the customer is at
Ensuring marketing communications are clear and engaging with compelling sales copy that appeals to customers.

Organised and able to manage several tasks and projects
Knowledge of performance measurement, reporting and analytics
Able to source information to create email briefs, ensuring content is in line with regulations.
