SF Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a market leading steel company based in Bilston.
Salary: £25,000
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 - 5.30

Reporting to the Divisional Manager the successful candidate will be able to effectively and efficiently coordinate customer relations. To supply service and support all customer accounts maintaining successful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish & agree customer requirements for quantity, quality, delivery & cost with customer and Operations Manager
  • Price check new and existing business through the pricing/costing model and report findings
  • Assist colleagues in planning activities to meet customer requirements
  • Assist with the development of long term business relationships
  • Develop new business opportunities through an active prospecting roll
  • Ensure full compliance in updating company records & data bases
  • Supply support as required to include administration, payroll (wages back up)
