Customer Service Manager
SF Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a market leading steel company based in Bilston.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 - 5.30
Reporting to the Divisional Manager the successful candidate will be able to effectively and efficiently coordinate customer relations. To supply service and support all customer accounts maintaining successful customer relationships.
- Establish & agree customer requirements for quantity, quality, delivery & cost with customer and Operations Manager
- Price check new and existing business through the pricing/costing model and report findings
- Assist colleagues in planning activities to meet customer requirements
- Assist with the development of long term business relationships
- Develop new business opportunities through an active prospecting roll
- Ensure full compliance in updating company records & data bases
- Supply support as required to include administration, payroll (wages back up)
- Commitment to raising standards of customer service and support
- To take personal responsibility for making things happen
- Excellent communication skills both internal and externally within the business
- Competent administrator with thorough understanding of divisional & company procedures
