Technical Support Analyst - Derby

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Analyst/ Administrator based in Derby on an initial 3 month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and support of various vendor applications as well as bespoke software.

Job Duties:

  • 1st and 2nd line technical support over the phone, via email and with remote log on
  • Monitoring systems within a Network Operation Centre (NOC), so will suit an analytically minded individual to monitor and analyse bespoke data
  • Supporting users with technical issues including: Software, Hardware and basic Network issues User support for: Windows 7/10, Office 2010/Office 365
  • Basic Networking and Remote working (VPN) and basic support for VoIP
  • Experience in: Remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA)

This position will be on a shift basis: 4 on/ 4 off, working 12 hour days and 4 night shifts in a 6 week period.
