You should have the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable chunks that can be easily conveyed to both children and adults. You will need to be a highly enthusiastic, energetic and proactive individual who has a knack for inspiring others around you so that they rise to occasion and always give their best.
In this exciting Teaching Assistant role you will be joining the school's supportive Humanities Department working with year 11 pupils who will be taking their GCSEs in the summer. You will have a chance to gain a deeper understanding of lesson planning and preparation by taking on some of these responsibilities yourself.
