Our client, a global sports focused organisation, is currently recruiting for a Hospitality Business Development Executive to join them on a full time permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and dynamic Business Development Executive to join an exceptional Corporate Hospitality Team at their offices just outside of Birmingham City Centre.

Main responsibilities for the Hospitality Business Development Executive include:

  • Achieve all sales targets set, including revenue appointments and calls
  • Producing weekly reports for management
  • Prospect for potential new clients
  • Manage and grow accounts to ensure a smooth process
  • Conduct client visits and facility showcasing
  • Act as an Ambassador for the club
  • Build relationships with potential clients
  • Attend client visits to generate new business
  • Attend networking events

To be considered for the role of Hospitality Business Development Executive you will have:

  • Experience in a similar sales position
  • Worked in a BSB sales environment
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Driven by targets
  • Flexibility to work weekend and evening to meet business needs
  • Full UK Driving Licence
