Senior Account Manager
Our client is the global leader in design adaptation and is part of a global group of companies. their core offering is using design adaptation to amplify brands in the most effective, efficient ways possible. They specialise in taking the strategic direction and using their inherent design integrity to give brands global scale, quickly and cost effectively. Their work covers, but is not limited to, packaging design, the creation of variant extension, design roll-out, strategic development and art direction.
The studio environment is based in a very trendy premises in Birmingham with cafe’s, coffee shops and gym all on site.
As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns and relationships with key contacts on the Client side. You will be expected to plan and manage work to agreed timeframes, delivering within Client budget and profitably for the Agency.
You will be responsible for ensuring that projects remain within the agreed parameters of the brief and any agreed SLA or contract. You will be capable of running the financial side of your accounts autonomously. Forecasting, Finance reconciliation, resource planning and all billing procedures should be second nature. Contribute to account reviews and development plans with both watch outs and opportunities.
Interrogate: Campaigns and project work to ensure that they are on brief and on course or the wider strategy - both internal client development and the Client’s vision for their Brands.
Motivate: Your team, your Client and yourself to continually challenge the boundaries of what we deliver. Be proactive in bringing relevant new initiatives to your Clients, be excited at the prospect of delivering and industry/category first.
Create: They strive to deliver first class creative solutions every time. In fact, they aim to get it 'right first time’. Find ways to assist with this goal and to contribute to making it happen; always look for ways to play our part and speak up when the opportunity presents itself.
