Currently seeking an experienced Administrator / Coordinator to join a fun, exciting, fast paced team in Oswestry. In less than twenty five years this company has become one of the leading manufacturing companies in Europe with its products being sold worldwide.

The Job Role:

  • Accept incoming national and international service calls and allocate an engineer to attend site within the agreed response times
  • Process service reports, order and ship parts, arrange engineer’s return visit whilst keeping the customer updated
  • Request purchase orders, chase requests (escalating where necessary) and invoice jobs
  • Process warranty claims when necessary, both UK and Italian
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Manage the Full Maintenance Contract (FMC) visits for various clients
  • Manage the regular service visits to client distribution centres including booking with engineers and site, costing reports and requesting purchase orders, invoicing and processing invoices on Tungsten, ordering and sending out parts
  • Source, quote and supply parts as requested
  • Upkeep of repair logs
  • Supplying sites with up-to-date RAMS
  • Organising and processing Health and Safety inspections as contracted
  • Annual stock take of stock held on site at the distribution centres
  • Manage and collate the annual audits across the distribution centres
  • Filing own paperwork, basic upkeep of personal work space
  • Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SAP and MAPO

Experience / Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP
  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Italian Speaker desirable but not essential
