Business Development Executive
My client is one of the world’s leading communications services companies, serving the needs of customers in the UK and in more than 170 countries worldwide. They invest heavily in research and development and are consistently at the forefront of technology with communication solutions to serve the needs of its customers.
Based in their office is Coventry, they offer a locally based presence supporting businesses with their IT communications requirements. Due to continued growth and success they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- B2B outbound cold calling to arrange meetings for their field sales team to go out and sell the products and services to business customers
- Influence and negotiate with key decision makers
- Hit daily KPIs (minimum 40 outbound calls per day with 1 hour 30 minutes talk time)
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets
- Populate & manage CRM systems effectively and accurately
- Ensure a positive customer experience is achieved with every customer interaction
- Work as part of a team, share best practice
My client is looking for a highly driven, dynamic and motivated sales person who is genuinely passionate about technology. The role has huge potential for career development in a fast growing, energetic and genuinely passionate business.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience within a B2B sales role
- Must be passionate about sales and having a career, not just another job
- Have a proven track record of hitting sales KPI’s
- Motivated, enthusiastic with a passion to succeed
- Minimum 5 GCSEs grade C or above including Maths and English
