Business Development Executive

The Role:

A leading supplier of business services are seeking an experienced business developer to open new accounts; research and map out the business to ensure maximum market penetration and close the initial opening deal.

You will then work closely with the account management team who will ultimately look after the company, leaving you free to do what you do best - open new accounts and map them out.


Working from warm leads provided by the CRM system you will contact businesses, sell the benefits of the services provided, and map out the different divisions to outline suitable points of contact long with the specific courses that would benefit each division.

You will initiate and manage the first sale, whilst managing the long term transition to the dedicated Account Manager.

This role revolves around telephone and email communications, therefore you will possess excellent verbal and written skills, combined with a vibrant personality.

Personal traits:

You will be a self-starter, able to use information provided to you to create your own successes and ultimately create new sales.

You will be a new business hunter. This is an integral part of the role as once you have successfully brought a new client on-board, you will pass the account over to a dedicated Account Manager.

You will enjoy researching companies to open up new revenue streams through business mapping techniques.


c£25k highly realistic OTE £30k
