Based in Birmingham, we are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our Virgin Media onsite recruitment team
Your new role
As a Recruitment Partner you will act as the main point of contact to partner with the client for a specific business area to deliver the contracted services. The role will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost efficient service is delivered and that all business opportunities both contracted and new are optimised for mutual benefit. The Recruitment Partner has overall accountability for the contracted service delivered within their assigned business area/divisions. Proactively meet / engage with current and past hiring managers on an on-going basis to determine future requirements and start pipelining. Plan our recruitment drives and campaigns to ensure the business secures the best talent. Ensure the recruitment process is managed in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice processes and market updates and work as part of a dynamic and flexible team structure, supporting other team members when needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with a proven track record within recruitment or onsite at an RPO/MSP outsourcing provider. You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues. Enjoy working with people and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. The right candidate will be organised, customer service and delivery focused, detail-orientated and as such you always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame.
