The L & D Specialist will support the delivery of the L & D agenda through various HR projects including: Talent and Succession, Performance Review Process, Colleague Engagement and Operational Excellence. The Specialist will support the wider team with training design and delivery projects, whislt also providing support and guidance to Line Managers

Duties and Responsibilities include@

  • Delivering L&D projects as defined by the business
  • Supporting all development projects across all parts of the business
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis across the business
  • creating tools and materials to support the talent process and performance review performance
  • Supporting the design and implementation of an organisational Leadership Model
  • Run leadership and development programmes and deliver training courses to Managers and Teams
  • Working with leadership teams to develop capability and offer coaching where needed
  • Design and implement the e learning process and course content

  • excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels
  • Ability to apply cutting edge L&D theories
  • Self motivation and be highly organised
