Hours of work: Mon-Thur:8AM-5PM, Fri 8AM-3PM
- Covering reception, answering calls and greeting guests
- Other administrative/PA duties such as processing purchase orders
- Directing calls and guests
- Previous receptionist experience is essential
- Some PA experience preferable
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft packages and other systems
- Good customer service skills, enthusiastic
- Very good pay rate
