Working as a Chef De partie for a gastro pub in the Solihull area

Client Details

Part of an independent chain of gastro pubs


Ensure all food preparation meets standards

Prepare and present high quality food

Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination

Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues


You will be a confident CDP working or with previous experience of working in a similar environment.

Job Offer

Salary £18,000 - £20,000
