Customer Service Advisor
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor who enjoys working in a small hardworking team with a good sense of humour?
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
The key responsibilities are:
- dealing with a variety of customer enquiries or orders received over the telephone.
- respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat.
- processing orders obtained from amazon etc.
- resolve any complaints.
The ideal candidate:
- excellent confident communication skills
- ability to remain calm, level headed and resolve difficult situations autonomously
- personal qualities - honest, reliable and punctual.
