Sales Campaign Account Manager - Part Time
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Campaign/Account Manager to join their growing team based in Birmingham’s thriving Jewellery Quarter.This is a flexible part time role – 21 hours per week and paying £14 – 18k, plus the opportunity to have a share of the businesses profits.
We help businesses grow by designing and delivering bespoke sales solutions; we believe in creating exciting and valuable sales opportunities for our clients. About the Job
·Deliver and manage client telemarketing campaigns
·Manage sales enquiries
·Making contacts with new clients
·Use social media – such as LinkedIn to research clients and leads
·Liaise with the team to improve marketing campaigns
·Ensure all relevant departments receive feedback to improve overall customer experience
·Log data onto CRM
·Deal with and resolve enquiries via telephone and email
·Have an excellent telephone manner
·Experienced in telesales campaigns
·Be friendly and courteous
·Be ambitious, resilient and display integrity
·Have very good attention to detail.
·Have excellent organisational skills and can prioritise workload
·Works well in a team
