An exciting business based in Birmingham is seeking an Investment Administrator to provide excellent client and team support and assist in the production of proposals.

This role will require an individual who can really hit the ground running and ensure all duties and tasks are completed within the deadlines and relevant procedures.

This position will primarily involve:

  • Documentation of client relationships

  • Manning the telephone lines and handling queires from clients in a professional manner

  • Opening new accounts accurately and efficiently

  • Production of reviews for all clients

  • Processing of payments including arranging transfers and ensuring tax forms are up to date

  • Updating the databases

  • Preparation of extensive reports, correspondence and PowerPoint presentations

  • General administration duties as and when required such as booking rooms for meetings and maintaining the filing system

    Ideally, you will be a polite, enthusiastic and professional individual who takes a proactive appraoch towards any given task. The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Exposure in a financial capacity/environment would be ideal

  • Ability to work under pressure and show resilience

  • Strong prioritisation skills

  • Flexible and confident approach to any given task

  • Preferably good working knowledge of MS Office

  • A high level of communication skills
