This role is currently based in Leamington Spa but will move to Solihull in December as a result of an exciting relocation into recently refurbished offices.
Day to day duties include:
Cash allocations (high volume)
Chasing clients by phone to prompt payment
This is a high volume, fast paced role, and you would be expected to be calling upwards of 30 customers a day. However this is not a scripted call-centre type of arrangement; in fact you would be a part of a small close-knit team of credit professionals.
