Care Home Manager
Proven turnaround Care Home Manager required for a large 60 bed non-nursing care home based in Birmingham paying up to £50,000.
My client is a leading provider of nursing and residential for older people with dementia with homes across the UK.
We have a beautiful large care home that requires a strong, determined and organised manager to come in and make an immediate effect on the standards and processes.
The home requires the manager to be able to address immediate concerns, design and implement action plans and oversee the turnaround of this fantastic care home.
The Care Home Manager must have
QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
Proven CQC inspection track record (minimum 'Good' and must be able to provide these at interview)
Proven turnaround or crisis management experience
Prior experience managing a large care home (50+ bed)
Influential and motivational managerial skills
Driven and determined character to address and oversee the necessary changes
