We are currently recruiting for our client who are an Estates and Property company based in Solihull.
This role is full time Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
The Receptionist Administrator will work within the team primarily administering the main switchboard and providing professional front of house experience to all clients and visitors.
- Answering all incoming calls, ensuring each call is dealt with professionally
- Greeting all clients and visitors in line with the company brand and providing refreshments as required
- Stationary ordering
- Website updating
- Setting up and closing down of all meeting and interview rooms
- Arranging catering for clients and visitors
- General Admin duties, i.e photocopying, filing, archiving, binding, scanning etc
- Use of Microsoft Outlook, Diary Management and candidate contracts
- General post room duties
- Ensure all company information is branded correctly
This office is set in a beautiful location with a countryside view from every window and offers free parking.
