We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our Coventry team working in the local Stratford-upon-Avon area.

The SHCA Role:

You will be working regular shifts in local care, nursing and residential homes, and we have a variety of different shift patterns on offer including days, nights and weekends. It's essential you have recent experience in a similar role and have administered medication as part of your role in the last 6 months.

You will be a permanent member of the healthcare team responsible for bringing the Newcross standard of care to every individual we care for.

To apply for this role you must have:
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months’ previous paid experience working in a nursing / care home environment in the UK within the last 3 years
  • Referees from all employments (and places of study if applicable) for the past 3 years
  • NVQ3 / SVQ3 in Health and Social Care essential, plus the ability to administer medication
  • Up-to-date moving and handling training
