To participate in the management of the businesses and provide a professional image of the company to visitors and others approaching the company, whether in person or by telephone. Working effectively with other members of the Facilities team to provide a seamless service to visitors and staff. Support and assist the London Facilities manager.

My client is leading employer in the current marketplace and has a large presence within the rail industry.

Description

working over the phone dealing with internal and external calls

Providing a friendly and professional image of the company to external visitors, issuing security passes and advising of the person/s they will be meeting.

Manage the booking of rooms and co-ordination of visitors, book taxis for business and manage rail passes for business.

Reporting on all faults and maintenance issues for the business and also log them on CAFM system.

Ensuring compliance checks kept up to date and recorded.

Regularly liaising with cleaning, security and other areas of the business to ensure smooth operation on and running of the Facilities Management operation.

Update staff on activities being promoted by landlord and regular FM communications on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Assisting and covering team support for the administrative/secretarial division where applicable.

Ensure all FM databases are all kept up to date and enable invoices to be signed off accurately.

Regularly review the hazard, near miss and accident reporting site ensuring that all items are recorded followed up an amended/closed.

Maintain staff roll calls for the use in the event of a fire and act as a fire warden ensuring all visitors are properly and safely directed to evacuation routes and assembly points.

Arrange first aid and fire warden training as and when required ensuring valid certificates are held on file and updated onto share point.

Profile

The successful applicant would have a background working within Facilities Management and have a key desire to work within this industry.

They would also be able to satisfy the full duties of the job specification and be willing to work above and beyond the duties required within this role.

Job Offer

This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary ranging from £25,000 - £27,500
