Your new role
This is a true trainer post - you will be delivering training to a cross range of staff, including front-line customer service staff, management and back office staff. Predominantly delivering solutions and programmes around the more technical aspects of the financial services sector, such as regulatory and procedural responsibilities, this will be via a range of classroom, eLearning and one to one interventions. In a role where no two days are the same, you could be delivering at sites across the UK and potentially Internationally!
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for experienced trainers from the banking or financial services sector, who have worked or trained in branch and are comfortable with all aspects of the training cycle and excel in delivering training to a wide range of audiences. You don't need to be an expert in all of the areas - but some exposure is needed. More importantly we are looking for people with the right attitude - you'll need to be a positive person with a great attitude.
As this role is UK wide, you will need to have a driving licence and be happy with travel and overnight stays.
