Telesales Account Manager - Part Time (21 hrs pw)
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Campaign/Account Manager to join their growing team based in Birmingham’s thriving Jewellery Quarter. This is a flexible part time role - 21 hours per week and paying £14-18k, plus the opportunity to have a share of the businesses profits.

About the Job
· Deliver and manage client telemarketing campaigns
· Manage sales enquiries
· Making contacts with new clients
· Use social media - such as LinkedIn to research clients and leads
· Liaise with the team to improve marketing campaigns
· Ensure all relevant departments receive feedback to improve overall customer experience
· Log data onto CRM
· Deal with and resolve enquiries via telephone and email
· Have an excellent telephone manner
· Experienced in telesales campaigns
· Be friendly and courteous
· Be ambitious, resilient and display integrity
· Have very good attention to detail.
· Have excellent organisational skills and can prioritise workload
· Works well in a team
