We’re looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Settlements Team to help us continue to make that difference.

How the role fits in

The successful candidate will support back office processes within the Gas Settlements team, process changes in line with the introduction of the new Nexus gas settlement regime.

The role will require the successful candidate to manage a number of shared and individual processes, as well as developing current processes to be as time efficient and user-friendly as possible.

The role day to day

? Investigate and resolve a wide range of data quality issues, liaising with 3 rd parties where necessary

? Administration and Validation of Industry Invoices

? End to end management of data quality issues

? Administrative reconciliation of Gas data

? Documentation of existing controls

? Support senior team members

What you'll need to help you make the best of the role

? Microsoft office programmes e.g Intermediate or above in MS Word and MS Excel

? Professional, pro-active approach with good communication skills

? Good numerical skills with special attention to the detail

? Commercial awareness

? Good interpersonal skills - able to work as part of a team and on own initiative

? Excellent communication skill
