We are looking to recruit a proactive, organised individual who can effectively manage the new business team and ensure that client data is accurate and up to date. You will gain a competitive salary and valuable experience in a reputable financial company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Line managing the team.
  • Managing the team's workflow.
  • Providing coaching for team members and identifying any training needs.
  • Daily maintenance of the diary and workflow issues.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for new and existing clients.

The successful candidate should ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a financial new business role, as well as previous experience managing and supporting a team.
