As a Revision Business Sales Manager, you will work with Stryker`s Joint replacement product portfolio (especially for hip and knee). You should treat your territory as your own business and not only meet, but also exceed your sales objectives and build a Market Share Plan for the region. Along with the team, you will form a relationship with key customers and stakeholders. Also, you will lead Stryker Centres of Excellence and will be expected to engage with surgeons, hospital management and other healthcare professionals, at the highest level. As an expert within the Revision portfolio you will be responsible for upskilling the Regions Salesforce to a high standard of competency through training, mentoring and support. As a leader of the Revision business a key element of this job to work together with the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing team, and others within the internal organization to increase Sales opportunities and thereby improve Revenue for the organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Grow the UK Joint Replacement Business,
• Gathering feedback and product requirements to overcome barriers to product usage
• Identify and understand the healthcare environment with focus on customer needs
• Identify key stakeholders and KOL to change the trends in industry to stay up to date
• Develop and implement strategy and brief assignation plans for main accounts and targeted customers with clear objectives and activities to optimise usage of all Stryker Joint Replacement products
• Seek, maintain and form relationships with the multiple customer groups as appropriate to ensure customer intimacy, account management and operational effectiveness
• Give training to clients on all levels,
• Train and support the Regional Salesforce to be highly competent at selling our Revision portfolio
• Effectively manage resources such as training events and loan kits to provide exclusive service
• Monitor and track progress, ensuring areas of improvement are highlighted and addressed in a timely manner


• Professional training in a medical, scientific or technical career
• Degree level education


• Consistent track record in Orthopaedic Sales ideally with Revision products,
• Ability to represent the Stryker brand and values with internal and external customers,
• A confirmed ability to interact and influence customers at all levels to deliver a successful commercial outcome,
• Work in a team and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with the Salesforce and other team members,
• Proven ability to keep customer's needs at the centre of all planning activities,
• Ability to solve hard problems,
• Willingness to take action that goes beyond job requirements to achieve objectives of the Stryker Joint Replacement business
• High Ethics and integrity management will be necessary to the deliver Stryker’s vision of being the most admired company,
• Executional focus – you will have a significant hands-on role, with a clear focus on execution. You need to have a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results over an extended period.
