The Learning and Development Administrator will work closely with the Learning and Development team as part of the team at the Redrow Training Centre that will provide training and support for all Redrow employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective coordination and administration of training courses

  • Assist the Learning and Development Coordinator in the delivery of company wide training plans and schedules

  • Coordination of daily catering requirements for delegates attending training courses

  • Assist with accommodation requests

  • Assist the team in the collation and printing of training course material

  • Assist with the administration of course evaluation forms

  • Assist with the maintenance and set up of the Training Centres

  • Ensure stocks of stationery are monitored and kept-up-to-date

  • Accurate recording, maintaining and monitoring of training records to allow effective KPI reporting and efficient claiming of CITB grants

  • To assist with greeting all delegates on arrival at the training centre

  • Assist in the continual review and improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure the most effectively delivery.

  • Assist with the co-ordination and administration of the group’s CSCS compliance programme

  • Assist with the co-ordination and administration of CPCS

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as required

  • To assist with the recording and processing of invoices and payments

  • Assist with coordination of external training providers to ensure the delivery of a professional and effective service.

  • Assist in the effective induction of new starters through evolve, ensuring new starters receive a professional induction to Redrow

  • Monitor the completion of eLearning and ensure training is completed in line with timeframes and standards

  • Undertake other duties as and when required by the Learning and Development team

  • Ensure familiarity with Redrow Group’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.

  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

  • Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company, by putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so, implementing change
