Due to the successful bid for the Birmingham City Council, we are now looking for Recruitment Sourcing Partners to join us in our highly successful Birmingham office.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Sourcing Partner you will act as the key resource in identifying and recruiting candidates suitable to the vacancies at Birmingham City Council. The Recruitment Sourcing Partner is responsible for managing a large volume of candidates ensuring that candidates are thoroughly vetted and have the relevant skills for the vacancy. The role involves a large amount of phone work, talking to candidates and explaining vacancies to potential candidates. It is a highly proactive role where you will need to develop and maintain strong candidate relationships, utilising a variety of tools to source suitable candidates.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues. Enjoy working with people and have the ability to interact with candidates and internal customers in a professional manner. The right candidate will be organised, customer service and delivery focused, detail-orientated and as such you always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame.
